He somehow managed to get a 4 digit code sent to my BT email. Spent about 15 minutes trying to convince me there was an issue with my account. When the next call came through, I stayed quiet, hoping the caller would say who they were. A woman answered, saying "Hello... hello... are you there?" but her voice didn’t sound familiar at all.
