I got a call from this number on January 3rd. Some Asian man claimed he was from Microsoft and that there was a problem with my computer. As soon as he mentioned Microsoft, I realised it was dodgy and ended the call straight away. My number is ex-directory and on the TPS list too. Honestly, there should be proper laws against selling people's phone numbers to these companies.
