I got a random call saying I was due £149 back for kitchen gadgets. I told them I hadn't bought any kitchen stuff recently and asked what they meant. I had a funny feeling they’d wanna grab my bank details to send a “refund”. When I pressed them for details, they said it was about my washing machine and asked if I had one. I said I don’t own a washing machine and I use the laundrette instead. Then they just hung up on me. Clearly a scam, so watch out for calls like this!
