She told me someone was abusing my licence ID for some illegal stuff. Then she handed me over to her "manager," who had the same kind of accent. This guy wanted me to install some software so he could take control of my PC. I wasn’t comfortable letting a stranger in like that, so I said no. He threatened to block my licence if I didn’t comply.
