Got a call from a woman saying she was from Sky appliances insurance. She told me I was currently paying £11 a month by direct debit but could pay just £100 once for a whole year. Then she quickly switched to a special offer saying if I paid £160 now, I’d cover two years. About half an hour later, the same number rang again from 07441428469 and it was the same woman. When I asked why the first call came from a Derby number, she just stammered and couldn’t explain. Total scammers! Watch out!

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from Sky appliances insurance. She told me I was currently paying £11 monthly by direct debit but offered a deal where I could pay £100 now for a whole year. Then she pushed a “special” on me to pay £160 upfront for two years instead. About half an hour later, I got another call from 07441428469 - same lady. I asked why the first call came from a Derby number and she just stammered with “erm, err, erm.” Definitely felt dodgy - total SCAMMERS! Watch out, everyone!!
