well, today’s been a right treat from some so-called bank security team (mind you, they never said which bank they were from). they've apparently spotted two transactions on my account - one for £1,100 and another for £300 - and thought it would be clever to let me know via some pre-recorded phone message instead of just ringing me properly. pretty odd if you ask me. they then ask me to press 1 or press 2, both of which seemed like doors to a scam. must be their busy season or something. anyway, i’m not going to waste my time, just going to block their number and be done with it.
