Honestly, they’re so annoying and won’t give up, something’s got to be done about it.

They kept ringing me and there was just silence for the first few times. When someone finally spoke, they claimed there was an issue with my BT router, which is rubbish because I don’t even have one! I told them to stop calling me, now I’m waiting to see if they actually remove my number from their list or not.

They ring me every day, honestly I'm getting sick of it.

I got a call from 01332625487 earlier, with someone saying they were from my broadband company. When I asked for their name, the lady said BT and mentioned something about a broken internet router. I told her I don’t even have a router and she quickly said sorry and ended the call. It sounded like it was from one of those call centres in India, but the number looked like it was from Derby. This kind of thing really needs to be blocked. This was the second time today I got a call like this. The first one came from a number with my own local code, that's why I picked up.

Don't bother answering calls from these lot. I've just put in a complaint with Which and they’re gonna write to the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) to gather more info and hopefully take action against them.

On the morning of August 12, 2016, I got a few calls from this number. At first, there was just silence when I answered. Then, they started talking about giving me a "router number" and asked if they could access my computer remotely! After that, someone claimed to be a senior person from BT and tried to talk me through it again. I told them to stop and hung up right away since I hadn’t had any issues, and something about the whole thing felt fishy.

Classic scam about your computer being broken... They try to trick you with a 6 digit code from www.support.me to get remote access. This lets them take over YOUR computer. The program itself is legit, but they're using it for dodgy purposes. DON'T EVER DOWNLOAD IT!! I played dumb and kept them hanging for ages... Pretended I had no clue. But that just made them even more stubborn, thinking they’d definitely get me. In the end, I lost interest. My computer wasn’t even switched on and I don’t even have BT. They kept ringing relentlessly.

These people keep calling from abroad, using really English-sounding names, saying there's an issue with my windows. I told them my windows are spotless and asked them to kindly stop ringing me, but they just won’t take the hint. Still getting the calls, unfortunately.

So this number has rung me like four times just today, and every time I answer it's just quiet on the other end. I’m already registered with TPS, but they keep managing to call me. Anyone know how I can block them for good?

I got a call from the same number again just a few hours later. This time, some bloke with an Asian accent called himself Steven, but I could hardly understand a word he was saying. Claimed he was from BT and there was an issue with my computer. I told him everything was fine and I was already dealing with it. Then he asked if my computer was actually turned on. Like, seriously?!

They keep calling my mum, who’s 72, over and over again. She’s told them she hasn’t got a computer, but they just won’t take the hint. Now she’s getting loads of silent calls after saying that. It’s really annoying.

This number rings me all the time, and it's some kind of scam where they want to get into my computer. The voices are annoying and sound Asian. Really frustrating!

This number keeps calling non-stop, I usually just let it ring but once I picked up and told them to quit calling. Then an Asian woman claimed to be from BT, saying there was a problem with my router. I told her if it's from BT they should send me a letter, but they just keep ringing anyway. Honestly can't get them to leave me alone.

This number kept ringing me up, claiming to be from BT and saying there was something wrong with my router. They wanted to get into my PC to sort it out. Since I’ve been having issues with my internet, I almost let them, which was worrying. Thankfully, I didn’t and just ended the call. They didn’t stop though and kept calling back several times. Really dodgy behaviour!

Got a call today from someone named Daniel claiming to be with my phone company. I asked which one and he said BT, so I just told him straight up, 'Sounds like another scam, no thanks' and hung up. Wonder if they’ll try again.

I got a ring from someone claiming to be from tech support about fixing my router, but honestly, it's working perfectly already.

Every single day they ring me, loads of times daily. They act like they're from "my internet provider". I reckon it’s a scam; probably trying to trick people into letting them put a virus on their computer and then flogging some fake fix. Honestly, these calls should be banned altogether!

Got a call from some bloke with a funny accent muttering about my internet router. He kicked off by asking how I was, so I ended up telling him about my bad back and the migraine I’ve had. I said I couldn’t go near the PC at the moment but appreciated the heads-up and that I’d have my local tech guy look at it. We seem to get calls from 01332 numbers nearly every morning - last week it was "Microsoft," now it’s the router. Is there seriously no way to block these lot?

I get calls all the time from this guy who claims there's a problem with my broadband or router. Whenever I try to question him, he just talks over me, with quite bad English too. It's so annoying! Why are these persistent callers allowed to keep pestering people like this?

They kept ringing me 3 times in quick succession, with just a few minutes between each call. Before that, I had already got 3 calls from a number almost the same just a bit earlier.

I got calls from a number pretty much like this one, like three times back to back with only a few minutes gap. And just before that, I had another set of three calls, again all from numbers that looked nearly the same. Quite annoying really!

Some bloke with an accent called, claiming there was an issue with my router. How would he even know that if I never mentioned it? I played dumb and kept asking what he was talking about. Then some supervisor jumped on the call repeating the same nonsense. When I said I don’t have a computer, he goes, “Then why did you pick up the phone, madam?” I just told him, “Because you called me, ya muppet!” After that, they kept ringing back 3 or 4 times but stayed silent each time I answered. Proper odd behaviour.

Over just three hours, this number rang my phone 11 times. Once my daughter picked up but was met with a very hard to understand foreign voice asking for me. She told them she couldn’t speak English and hung up pretty quick. They’re starting to be a real pain now, making me think about cutting off my landline entirely. I’m honestly so annoyed with these constant calls.
