I just got a call where the person left a message sayin it was Urso and that they had talked to me about my windows some time ago. Thing is, I've never had a word with anyone about windows. The caller knew both my first and last name, no clue how they managed to get my details. I could hear loads of people chatting in the background, and the guy sounded like he had an Asian accent.

Didn’t pick up the phone. They could’ve left a voicemail but didn’t bother. Decided to check online to figure out who it was. Seems loads of others have shared their experiences too.

Got a call from someone at Euroseal about windows and doors. They had no clue where they got my info from, which seems like a GDPR problem. I said I’d report them and then they just hung up on me.

Got a really pushy lady on the phone, asking for me by name, going on about some home improvement deal. She just wouldn’t take no for an answer and kept talking over me. Ended up hanging up.

The silent mystery caller, who was clearly just waiting for his or her dad to finish what they were doing, so couldn't say a word to me. Shame, I actually enjoy messing with these kinds of muppets.

I didn’t pick up, didn’t recognise the number so I just blocked it. When it went to voicemail, the message I left basically told them if they’re a call centre, they can jog on.

Got a call a moment ago, I picked up but no one spoke, just some noises from the other end then they hung up without saying who they were. I've blocked the number now and also rang Derby police on 101 to report this annoying caller in hopes they can take action.

This bloke Harry called asking about windows, doors, fascias and guttering. When I said we’d just had all that sorted, he just ended the call. Really rude and not professional at all. He’s definitely on the massive blocked list now, which keeps getting bigger.
