When I answered, a lady with a calm English accent spoke to me. She wanted to speak to my mum, naming her, and mentioned it was just a courtesy call. I’m puzzled how she got my mum’s name since no one in the family ever asked for any mobility aid support like that. These calls began after I filled out a form online about installing hand controls in a vehicle, though I definitely didn’t use my actual number with that company!

Somebody claiming to be from Mobility Action called me. I mentioned that we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and then they just turned really rude.
