Picked up the phone thinking it was someone local, a woman said she was calling from some industrial workers department about a claim linked to my time in the industrial sector! 01332 460428. honestly getting proper fed up with these callers, especially since I'm waiting for an important call. whoever is behind this needs sorting and charged for harassing people. they start by claiming they're from some ‘hearing clinic’ then just cut off. best thing I've found to do is say "sorry, I’m deaf and can’t understand you," and then just hang up.
