They claim it’s about some debts but it’s totally a scam, don’t trust it.

Got a call from someone saying they were Derwent Living, the housing landlord in Derbyshire. I phoned them back to check why they were ringing me, but the official housing team said they didn’t call me at all. So, I’ve blocked the number now. It was 01332408108. Looks like they’re just after your rent payment reference or something like that. Be careful!
