I reckon that might be Mortgage Advice Services. Those folks were relentless, pursuing us for what felt like an eternity. Eventually, we told them we were after a mortgage of £200,000, even though my income was merely £50 a month from a part-time gig. Strangely enough, once we threw that figure at them, they seemed to vanish! Job done!
