BT advised us to demand that they cease calling, or otherwise report them to the local authorities for their unlawful antics. It's rather frustrating, as they never bother to pick up when we try to reach out, and their voicemail box is perpetually full. After some digging, we found a contact number where you can lodge a complaint: 0800 458 6988. I've received my third nuisance call on my private number from these buffoons. If anyone else is fielding calls where you actually have a conversation with a person, I suggest you keep them chatting until they divulge their name and company details. Then, be sure to lodge a complaint with the FSA. Once they start getting a few reports, the FSA will surely take notice and reach out to them.

I received a call from these individuals at 4am today, which wasn't ideal since I had just settled down for a nap. I must say, it left me quite irked! Honestly, these callers hang up the minute our answer machine kicks in, and they do the same when we try to respond. To be truthful, we only intended to get back at them after seeing some of the posts here, mainly to give them a taste of their own medicine since our number is unlisted and we fork out extra to block unknown callers. Alternatively, why not turn the tables? I could call them back, let it go to voicemail, and blast some music! I reckon if more folks started playing their little game back at them, they’d soon tire of pestering people with these cold calls.
