5 yearsOn the morning of 22nd February 2021, around half-past eight, my mobile rang. When I answered, a rather domineering voice - clearly British - introduced themselves as an official from HM Revenue and Customs. They asserted that my name was connected to a fraudulent activity and urged me to press "1" if I wished to hear more. They ominously warned that failure to comply would lead to my immediate arrest. After a moment's hesitation, I chose not to engage and the call abruptly ended. Quite the unsettling experience!HM Revenue and CustomsSubmit Your Own Report (01332 208462)
