someone rang me saying my internet was hacked and that it would be cut off in a day unless i pressed 1 to talk to my provider. i find it hard to believe that sky or virgin would call and not say who they are. felt a bit fishy to me. it came from a derby area code too. they called early at 8.15am and then once more around lunchtime.
