Some bloke called John from a windows company. At first, he seemed quite nice and asked how I was doing. Then he started saying we'd spoken before about UPVC windows, which I knew wasn’t true because we’re not looking for any. When I told him that, he let out a big sigh and just hung up on me. We’d actually seen a few missed calls from him over the last few days. Honestly, I really hope he doesn’t try calling again.

This bloke claiming to be from a window company gave the name John - ha, yeah right! Sounded dodgy as heck and kept droning on saying we’d had a chat before - I’m pretty sure we hadn’t. They’ve buzzed me like five times this week, and when I pick up there’s no one there, just noises in the background. If they ring again, I’m just not gonna bother answering.

got a ring from this number the other day, some bloke named john who said he was from a windows company. he was talking about some sort of scrappage deal for windows installed before 2010. i looked it up online afterwards but couldn’t find any legit mention of a windows scrappage scheme, just loads of warnings about potential scams related to these schemes.
