I was having a look at the upgrades done around my home when the chap, not taking much notice of the windows, quickly shifted his focus to other suggestions. He started chatting about some government rebates and the like. He boldly stated that he wasn’t bound by the Telephone Preference Service since he wasn’t actually peddling any goods. Quite the character, really!

We've had three missed calls from this lot, and not once did they bother to leave a message. When we tried returning the call, the operator claimed the number isn't valid. Quite baffling, really!
