Some days they ring me up 2 or 3 times! When I finally picked up, they asked loads of questions about me, who I live with, and what kind of house I've got. They claimed I’d asked about taking out home or life insurance, which I definitely hadn’t. Then, a few days later, they called again and started asking about my kitchen stuff and said the warranty on my washer/dryer had expired. Thing is, I don’t even have a washer/dryer combo - mine are separate machines. Yesterday their story changed again, saying I should be getting a refund from my bank, but they couldn’t even tell me which bank I’m with! I’ve gone and blocked the number now, but somehow, I still get alerts every day showing they’re trying to call me. Proper annoying.7 yearsJust got a call from this number saying my washing machine insurance is nearly up and they can renew it at a discount. Thing is, my machine’s brand new and still covered under guarantee. The woman asked for me by name, and since I’m waiting for a call from the hospital, I initially thought it was them. Don’t pick up or ring them back - just block the number straight away!
