6 yearsThis number has been harassing me for the past three weeks, and it all kicked off when they started bombarding me with calls. Initially, I ignored it due to that random 01330 code. Some days, I’ve even received up to three calls - talk about persistent! When I finally picked up, they claimed to need detailed personal information about me, my household, and the type of property I reside in. They alleged that I had requested information on home or life insurance, which is utterly baffling. Just a few days later, they rang back asking about my kitchen appliances, insisting my washer/dryer warranty had expired. The catch? I don't own a washer-dryer; I have them as separate units! Then, just yesterday, they called yet again, declaring I was entitled to a refund from my bank. The ludicrous part? They couldn’t even identify my bank! I've had enough and ultimately decided to block the number, but lo and behold, I still receive alerts that they’ve tried to reach me. It’s infuriating!7 yearsJust got a call from this number saying my washing machine insurance is nearly up and they can renew it at a discount. Thing is, my machine’s brand new and still covered under guarantee. The woman asked for me by name, and since I’m waiting for a call from the hospital, I initially thought it was them. I’m so fed up with these scam calls! Pretty sure she said something like Reliable Electricals?7 yearsGot a voicemail from someone pretending to be HMRC saying I’m under investigation for dodgy taxes! Don’t pick up or ring them back - just block the number straight away! HMRC only contacts you through proper letters or emails, never by phone.HMRC7 yearsI got a robo call saying my amazon prime subscription was about to expire and they were going to take £39.99 from my bank unless I pressed 1 to speak to someone. Thing is, I don’t even have an amazon account, so it’s gotta be a scam for sure!Amazon7 yearsNever again will I hand out my phone number! I was a bit foolish and shared it with some folks who stopped me right outside the store. Since then, my phone hasn't stopped ringing from them, despite me telling them to leave me alone!7 yearsGot a call from someone saying they’re from Claims Advisory Group, number 01495725245, talking about getting bank charge refunds through an HMRC scheme. They told me I had to buy a couple of £100 Amazon vouchers for a solicitor who’d then send me a cheque for £3,600. Another number linked to this is 01993822980. Sounded dodgy to me.HMRCAmazon7 yearsI've been in touch with a claims company regarding fees imposed by my bank.Submit Your Own Report (01330 824797)
