My landline rang with an automated message claiming £638 was being taken from my credit card and asking me to press one to stop fraud. I didn't trust it, so I ended the call and quickly rang my credit card provider using a number I already had. Turns out it was a scam attempt. I’d advise never pressing numbers or clicking links from calls like these. Best to just hang up and get in touch with the company yourself through their official website.

I got a call from this number where the person used my full name and asked me to verify if I was the person they were trying to reach. Once I confirmed, they just ended the call. Pretty strange behaviour if you ask me.

Got two calls, one on Wed 22nd July and another today, the 23rd. The first time, as soon as the guy said something about a consumer lifestyle survey, I just ended the call. Today I didn’t bother picking up at all. The voice sounded Indian, and he said his name was Tom or something.

I got a call from this 'Consumer Lifestyle' outfit claiming to be doing some kind of survey. When I asked them about their company or who they were representing, they couldn’t really give a proper answer. Then, out of nowhere, the woman just cut me off and hung up. Honestly, that was pretty suspicious.

Some bloke called me, being all pushy wanting to know who I was straight away. I told him since he’s the one calling, he should say who he is first. He wouldn’t, so I just ended the call and blocked the number right away.
