Got a call about loft insulation and there was a voicemail left when I didn’t pick up.

Some bloke called himself 'Tom' and said he was ringing me back about loft insulation paid for by the government. I said, "What exactly do you mean by 'ringing back'?" He just launched into his usual spiel about insulation causing moisture and damp issues. I asked again what he meant by 'ringing back', suggesting maybe he'd called me before or I’d called them. After that, silence. I then said sorry for throwing him off his prepared lines... right after that, he just hung up on me.

Some bloke called me pretending to be from a government scheme about loft insulation installation. When I told him we hadn’t had any work done lately, he just hung up straight away. Proper dodgy if you ask me.
