Total scam. Got yet another message asking for some overdue fee. Watch out if they say there's an invoice attached but actually there's nothing there. Best not to reply, just pass it on to [email protected] instead.

Absolute scumbags. They send phishing emails using real website links, often mentioning some random bill for £394.34 and then give the number 01329 800475 to call for payment. The only real way to tackle this is to hold the telecom companies that provide these easily rerouted scam phone numbers responsible. There’s already a precedent with banks having to refund customers scammed by dishonest sellers. So when will the law catch up and put a stop to these muppets?

Any scam emails I recieve I always forward straight to '[email protected]'. They reply pretty fast and its actually quite satisfying. I usually get one scam email each week and I make sure to report every single one to this gov cyber crime team. They look into it and the scam accounts usually get disabled really quickly.
