i've called Aerial Direct loads of times about phone upgrades, and they are one of the biggest O2 direct partners around. every time i've spoken to their team, they've been really helpful and never made me feel like my questions were a hassle. if they don't know something straight away, they always take the time to track down the info for me. honestly, i'd definitely suggest giving them a go.

Got a call from a woman who sounded like she was calling from a private number. She wasn’t very clear about whether she was with O2 or Vodafone, and seemed confused about our Vodafone contract specifics. She asked when our contract ended. The day before, a guy had rung wanting my husband to rush into upgrading his phone contract, even though it isn’t actually up for renewal anytime soon. Feels like a phishing scam to me. Best to steer clear.
