I got a call from someone saying they're with Virgin, asking about my broadband. I said straight away, "Sounds like a scam." The woman on the line then started swearing at me before just hanging up. When I checked the number, it apparently belongs to Virgin Media down in Fareham. If that's true, why on earth would a Virgin Media worker be so rude and swear at someone? Feels a bit off to me.
