I've looked into it loads and think[###] has nothing to do with 02, honestly. Even 02 have checked on their end and said they don't know this company at all. From what we can tell, they're based in Fareham, Hampshire. Also, their emails use the 02 logo, which is pretty dodgy. Just be careful and don’t give them any personal details, keep your info secure.

This isn’t a scam at all. It’s Think-Comm Ltd working alongside O2 to sort out tariff updates. I rang O2 customer support to double check, just like the others should’ve done! The woman I spoke to was really nice, made sure my tariff was still right for me, got me signed up for a new 2-year contract, and even gave me her number in case I wanted to change anything later on.

A woman called saying she was from O2 and asked for the account holder, who happens to be my boss (she even knew his name). You'd think she'd have his phone number too. Once she realised I wasn’t the account holder, she said sorry and hung up. The number 01329 248604 looks genuine.

A guy called "Ezra" said he was from ThinkCom, working with O2. He tried telling me my contract needed renewing, which is true, but I told him I wasn’t interested. Despite me saying no, he’s phoned me three times in three days. Didn’t give him any info obviously, but glad to see the warnings here match up. Number is 01329 277607 from Fareham, England, now blocked.

Authentic Call! I got a call from this number claiming to be affiliated with O2. Initially, I suspected it might be a scam, so I decided to reach out to O2 directly. Much to my relief, they confirmed that it is indeed a legitimate number linked to them.
