Received a call informing us that our contract had come to an end. They mentioned they'd look into ensuring we were on the most favourable pricing plan with Vodafone and promised to check alternatives with other providers. When they followed up, they presented us with a more attractive offer from Orange, which we gladly accepted. It's worth noting that we haven't heard a peep from Vodafone in five years! The chap on the phone was genuinely pleasant as well.

I recently received a call from this number, and they mentioned that we’re nearing the end of our contract. Apparently, this bunch has proposed a fantastic deal that could save us a whopping £22 each week on our bills! We’re absolutely chuffed and have decided to spread the word about About Communications to all our mates!

We had an account with Orange for our business line, and it has been a godsend, saving us around £150 a week! I had a chat with Toby, who was incredibly helpful. We needed a vehicle charger, and he arranged for it to be delivered the very next day. Absolutely chuffed with the service!

Gave us a bell to inform us that our contract had come to an end and that he'd look into which plan would give us the best bang for our buck with Vodafone. Mentioned he’d also investigate other networks. When he rang back, he had a much more appealing offer from Orange which we decided to accept. Can you believe no one from Vodafone has bothered to reach out in the last five years? The chap on the line was truly pleasant to chat with as well!

Greetings! About a fortnight back, we received a call from some folks who were discussing a package that might suit us better. To be honest, I was a bit cautious at first but thought, "Why not give it a shot?" Just received our first bill from Orange, and it's only £40, compared to the usual £80-110 we were accustomed to. It's quite astonishing, really! Seems like fortune's favoured us this time. They've already transferred our number over. Huge thanks to Gary at About Communications for the help!

I had a conversation with a bloke who managed to cut our line rental costs by a whopping £45 a week. It was a cracking chat with a different provider altogether. I've got no ties to Vodafone, especially since they've never bothered to contact us about our bills. Thanks a million!

Had a call regarding the renewal of our Vodafone contract, where the person claimed to be an official representative managing mobile contract extensions. We decided to ignore it, given the numerous scams circulating these days.

We recently signed a Vodafone contract that turned out to be quite pricey. After chatting with Stewart at About Communications, she managed to secure us a plan that offers anytime minutes-a benefit we never received from Vodafone. Now, our line rental is just £18 a month. A huge thanks to her for her help!

Received a call purporting to be from Vodafone, stating they’d ring back shortly. True to their word, they called again within a mere ten minutes, attempting to sell me a contract with Three! I had to let them know that their signal isn’t strong enough at my workplace, so I politely turned down their subsequent pitch to upgrade my mobile device. Quite the unexpected turn of events, I must say!

We received a call regarding our contract with Vodafone, claiming it wasn't possible to secure a more favourable rate. Frustrated, we decided to switch providers for a better offer. When we called Vodafone, we found they had a deal that was a tenner less than what these individuals were proposing. It honestly felt like we were being taken for a ride, so as soon as they asked for our card details, we hung up without hesitation.
