I've just found out that the tri borough music hub, covering Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, and Hammersmith and Fulham, has its invoices managed by a different county council they've hired. Got an invoice from them the other day.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Westminster council, not Hampshire like the other caller mentioned. They didn’t even bother to use my name or anything. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

Got a voicemail from a woman, couldn’t catch her name, claiming to be from Hampshire County Council. I’d already had a call last week from someone saying they were from HEE, asking me to verify my address about an invoice. I phoned Hampshire Council using the number on their official site and they said they've never tried to get in touch with me. When I ring back the number (01329 225349), an automated message plays saying "You have been called by the IB. We will call again shortly," then the call just drops. Seems a bit fishy to me.

Received a voicemail from a woman (couldn’t quite catch her name) claiming she was with Hampshire County Council. Interestingly, I got a call last week from someone else also claiming to be HCC, asking for confirmation of my address due to an outstanding invoice. However, when I reached out to HCC using the official number on their site, they had no record of any attempts to get in touch with me. When I dialled back the number (01329) 225349, I was met with a recorded message stating, “You have been contacted by the IBC. We will ring you again shortly,” before the line abruptly disconnected. - Caller: Claims to represent Hampshire County Council.
