She thanked me for booking a train ticket from St Pancras to Edinburgh for about £130 or something near that. She said if I hadn't made the booking, I should call their Visa Security Office. I hung up and then used 1471 to check the caller number. She never actually gave me any number for this Visa Security place, so maybe I was supposed to ring her back instead?
