I kept trying to get a response by saying 'hello' repeatedly, but no one bothered to reply. Eventually, I just ended the call. It was yet another annoying nuisance call. Honestly, I'm starting to receive an excessive number of these every single day.

Right after a call from 01909565840, I got a ring from this number too, only a couple seconds later. Seems like they might be connected given how close the calls were. I usually don't pick up on unknown numbers nowadays cause they bother me so much. Someone said this is linked to Virgin, which makes sense as I’d just completed a customer satisfaction survey for them.

Some bloke said he was from Virgin and told me my broadband had viruses and other issues I couldn’t spot unless I did what he said. Pretty sure he wanted to get into my computer. I kept him going for like 14 minutes, pretending to follow his steps but knew exactly what he was up to. Eventually, he got annoyed and just hung up.
