I got a ring from someone claiming to be EE and they wanted to know who my provider was. My phone flagged it as a scam just as I was looking up the number. The caller asked me for my name and email, then handed me over to a 'manager' who promised a cheaper phone bill. But when I started to doubt things, he couldn't even tell when I paid my bill last. When I mentioned not getting the supposed email, he got kind of rude and snapped that I was wasting his time before hanging up. Pretty sure they weren’t actually from EE.
