I didn’t pick up when this number called, but later had a look online. Saw on here Norwich pops up a lot for them. Funny thing is, that’s exactly where I’m from. Honestly, feels kinda sketchy to me!

So, I got a call from a company whose name sounded a bit like energy.fund - at first, I thought they meant EDF or something similar. The lady went on about Zanussi and some sort of funding, saying she’d been told in an earlier chat that my boiler is over ten years old. I told her straight up no one has given them that info and insisted, for GDPR reasons, they delete my details from their records. She agreed, but when I asked her to say the company's name again, she hung up. Seems like they were trying to pitch me a sale or maybe push a loan with that “funding” bit in the name.
