She wanted my partner to enter "motherboard" into the Safari browser on his iPhone. I took over the call and asked her what exactly she was doing. She told me she was helping to prevent hackers from overseas accessing our internet. I told her Sky wouldn’t just ring up out of the blue without us getting in touch first, and frankly, she sounded dodgy. She then told me to "go **** myself" before slamming down the phone.
