Got a prerecorded call warning me that my TalkTalk internet was going to be disconnected soon, with options to press 1 to speak to someone or 2 to cancel the service. I pressed 1, and a lady speaking with a West African accent claimed my computer was infected with malware. I told her I wasn’t following what she said, then they switched me to a bloke who started asking me to open up my router on my laptop. I got fed up pretty quickly and just hung up.
