I got a call saying that £600 had been taken from my account and sent abroad. The guy was clearly not a native English speaker. When I questioned him, he claimed to be ringing from the head office of my bank and insisted he could cancel the payment. But when I asked which bank exactly, he said NatWest - which made me realise straight away it was a scam since I don’t even have an account with them.
