someone called claiming to be from virgin media saying there was a fault with my router. they tried to get me to update it by following their instructions over the phone. i told them i already pay £30 a month and to just send an engineer round to sort it. they said they couldn’t because of covid restrictions. i told them no worries, i’m not having any issues anyway. then they just ended the call. total scammers!
