I tend to receive calls from this number quite frequently in the early evenings. I once asked about a person named Amanda, but they told me there’s no one by that name here. Despite this, the calls haven't stopped! We do have caller ID, which is a handy feature. I never pick up, though. I’m curious to see how long they’ll persist. Just keeping my chill, you know!

I've been getting calls from this company since last year, and every time they insist they're looking for someone named Gaynor. We keep telling them there’s nobody by that name here and to stop calling, but the calls keep coming! I'm absolutely furious at this point. Is there anyone we can report them to? This is seriously driving us bonkers!

What a clever tactic to tie them up on the phone, Simon! 😄 Those folks on the other end are just trying to hit their sales goals; the more we engage with them, the harder it becomes for them to meet their targets, right? It's rather amusing! They persistently ring us up, but we usually hang up immediately. Thinking ahead, the next time they call, I might just keep them chatting for as long as possible-if I've got a spare moment, of course! Let’s give them a taste of their own medicine and see how they like it!

I received a call from this number around half past six this evening. The individual droned on for nearly thirty seconds before I made it clear we weren’t interested and that we wouldn’t divulge any details he didn’t already possess. He claimed the callers were based in Cornwall, debunking any notion of Nottingham. He also mentioned being affiliated with Private Accident Plus, if I recall correctly. A big thank you to Autotrader for sharing our details with these opportunistic firms. This will surely be the last time I engage with Autotrader. As I’m also registered with the Telephone Preference Service, I’ll be reporting this unsolicited approach to them as well.

These individuals have taken to calling us on a daily basis, and we're quite curious as to how they managed to obtain our phone number.

We received a call from someone claiming our spouse had requested a vehicle insurance quote, despite the fact that I've been without a car for more than a year now. I clearly informed them that I do not own a vehicle, yet the caller insisted that I was eligible for a week’s worth of complimentary accident coverage. It quickly became apparent that they were after our banking details and they absolutely would not take no for an answer, which was incredibly bothersome. We decided to hang up in the end. PLEASE, BE WARNED-these individuals are exceedingly persistent when it comes to obtaining your banking information!

Could anyone shed light on who this was?

I keep getting these unsolicited calls from random numbers trying to sell me personal accident insurance, and it's quite infuriating!

I let this call slip by and, to be honest, I haven't a clue who it could be. If they happen to ring me again, I'll simply carry on ignoring it. Cheers!

Received a phone call from this number earlier today, but we chose not to answer, as we always prefer to see who’s calling on our caller ID first. It’s quite likely that this was yet another sales call, and I’m really hoping this site can help shed some light on it. I’m already listed with the Telephone Preference Service, so it’s a bit frustrating that these calls still come through. My tip for anyone dealing with aggressive sales tactics? Just hang up! You’ve got the power!

I've been receiving calls from these folks for quite some time now, ringing me every single day. I typically disregard the calls (given that I often check this site for info!), but they surprisingly got through to me today. They claimed that I had visited the Auto Trader website recently, which I highly doubt is accurate. As others have noted, they were quite insistent, trying to peddle some sort of thirty-week free offer. Thankfully, I managed to shake them off rather swiftly. Here’s hoping they don’t bother me again; I never purchase anything from cold callers!

Greetings to all, just wanted to share a bizarre experience we’ve had. We received a phone call from these folks who claimed that we had enquired about car insurance through Auto Trader and that we were eligible for complimentary coverage. Honestly, it’s laughable! We simply ended the call without a second thought!

Received a call from this number earlier today. It was a very insistent young woman trying to sell us “complimentary” insurance. I made it clear that we weren’t keen and that we were preoccupied with home renovations, but she continued to push her agenda. I let her drone on for a bit before finally hanging up. Since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, these sorts of calls are entirely unwarranted. I’m in full agreement with Andy on this matter; there’s no obligation to engage with these callers. If they’re bothersome, simply end the conversation!

Received a ring from this number earlier on. There was a rather insistent female voice on the other end, attempting to sell me "complimentary" insurance. Despite my repeated indications that I was not keen and rather occupied working from home, she continued her spiel without pause. After enduring her chatter for a time, I ultimately decided to disconnect. We're registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so these calls are simply not on. I completely agree with Andy’s sentiments-there’s no obligation to engage with these callers; if you’re not interested, just cut the line!
