i reckon this is just another spammer ringing up. they showed a number from somewhere in cornwall, falmouth i think, but i don't know anyone round there. i tend to ignore calls that begin with an area code followed by an O and a few digits, as they're nearly always dodgy - probably some sort of insurance scam or something similar.
