3 yearsWe get calls from this lot quite often. They just don’t stop talking and don’t give you a chance to say anything. At first, they claim to be from EE, but if you question them enough, eventually they admit they’re actually working for some company that handles EE’s accounts. The odd thing is, they don’t actually know anything about your details, which makes it all feel a bit suspicious. We’ve asked them loads of times to take us off their calling list, but they still ring back after a few months. They come across as pushy, rude and won’t take no for an answer. Best thing is to just hang up quickly because trying to be polite and ask them to stop is pointless - you hardly get a chance to speak at all.EE4 yearsGot a call from OneCom claiming to be from EE, offering upgrades and better deals on tariffs.OneComEE4 yearsHe called back after I ended the call, wouldn’t let me get a word in, and never even said who he was. Mentioned an EE account but didn’t properly introduce himself. Proper annoying!EE5 yearsI had a call about my EE business number, but we stopped trading nearly 10 years back. They said they'd go and update their info now.EE6 yearsSomeone called saying our phone charges might go up soon and claimed it was linked to BT. They kept asking loads of questions about how much we use the phone and stuff. Problem is, we have a fixed plan with a different company, so if prices do change, it wouldn't impact us directly anyway.BT6 yearsGot a call from someone trying to sell me phones, both mobiles and landlines. A bit annoying but nothing too bad. Just one of those usual sales calls, I suppose.Submit Your Own Report (01325 809558)
