I've had my fair share of calls from this firm, and let me tell you, it’s quite the ordeal! They ring us up on a regular basis, droning on and on without a care for what you might have to say. They claim to be representing EE, but when you push them a bit, they sheepishly concede that they're just a third-party firm managing accounts, and they really seem clueless about anything to do with my actual account. It all feels rather shady, if you ask me. I've repeatedly pressed them to take my number off their calling list, yet here they are, popping back up months later like bad pennies. Their manner is off-putting-rude, aggressive, and relentless. Honestly, I find myself just hanging up, as trying to politely tell them to shove off is impossible when they don't allow a second for you to speak.
