The lady on the phone, who had a Welsh accent and definitely wasn't local, claims she's updating records and that someone in my house has been in the industry. I told her to take our number off their list and not to call again. She cheekily said she couldn't remove it unless I gave her a proper reason. I told her we're on the TPS so I'd be using that to try and make them stop. Fingers crossed the calls will finally end.

I got a call from this bloke asking if I was in the industry, but I didn't give him a straight answer. When I pressed him about what he wanted, he just kept asking the same thing back at me. It was like going round in circles. After a bit, he told me to chill out. I told him where to stick it and hung up. Looks like tomorrow could bring another round of this nonsense.

Got a call from a local number and a bloke who sounded either wasted or a bit slow. He asked for me by name but didn’t seem bothered to check if he got the right person. When I asked what it was about, he said something about someone in the house having an accident recently, according to his notes. I mentioned I’m on the telephone preference service and clearly he hadn’t bothered to see that before calling. After that, he just disappeared.
