This number just rang me, and it was one of those automated messages claiming to be from BT, telling me my internet would be cut off because my account had been hacked. They said if I wanted to speak to an engineer I should press 1. I just ended the call right there. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. Never press 1 - actually, it’s best not to even pick up!
