My mother got a dodgy letter yesterday mentioning this phone number, claiming she owes a significant sum for a home car bill. They urged her to ring up and sort out a payment plan. It’s all a load of nonsense! Just disgraceful behaviour on their part.

My mum got a letter claiming to be from her care provider, saying she owes more than £1000 for home care. The note included this number and asked her to pay by giving her debit card details over the phone. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
