They insisted I had been billed £93.99 for a renewal I wasn't even aware of and urged me to press 1 to terminate the service. Funny thing is, I don’t even subscribe to Amazon Prime! I quickly checked my bank balance, and thankfully, there were no unexpected deductions. What a scam!
