They just hung up without saying anything or leaving a voicemail.

Got a call from a lady with an American accent, said she was from BT saying my internet would get disconnected. This was the second call in just an hour! Don’t pay any attention, it’s definitely a con. I’ve had so many like this and never had any issues afterwards. The code she mentioned was Falkirk, so it’s weird she sounded American at all.

Got a call from some automated voice saying they were about to cut off my BT broadband. Sounded dodgy to me, so I hung up straight away. Don't trust these robotic messages - probably some sort of scam.

Got this automated call with an accent saying they were from BT and threatening to cut off my internet. I didn’t bother sticking around to hear any more nonsense.
