Got a call at half past midnight, and the person just said hello two times without saying who they were. Claimed to be from Police Scotland in Grangemouth, but the thing is, they're closed by 5pm, and also they never show their number when calling. Seems fishy to me.

I received a call precisely at 4:30pm on the 14th of November in 2016. Thankfully, I was already engaged in another conversation, and my mobile's call waiting feature meant they were left hanging for a while until my voicemail finally took over! I attempted to return the call later, using a withheld number, but it just rang endlessly with no response. So, I've decided to pop them onto my block list as well.
