Got a recorded call claiming to be from 'bank security' - they've rung me a couple of times in the last two days. I just ended the call straightaway since it seemed like a total scam. I don’t get how BT allows dodgy firms to use their numbers to bother people. Just so you know, I’m signed up with the TPS. I did complain to BT about these unwanted calls, but they told me they couldn’t reveal the caller’s details because of privacy rules.
