I got a call from someone claiming to be BT Customer Services, but the accent was really hard to follow - definitely not British, sounded Indian. They kept insisting on getting my personal details but refused to explain what the call was about first. After a few minutes of that nonsense, I just ended the call. It’s been about three weeks now and I haven’t had any calls back or emails from BT about any urgent issue. Feels a bit fishy to me!
