So, they rang me up and were really pushy about some PPI claim I supposedly had with Halifax. They even called Halifax while I was still on the phone, wanting me to chat to them straight away. But I was told not to mention it was a call from a third party. The lady from Halifax warned me that third-party callers often listen in just to grab your info. Then the third-party lot said Halifax says that to put people off. I’m a bit lost because I've heard there’s loads of unclaimed PPI out there. ???

I was at work when the phone rang, but I’m not allowed to answer calls there. They never leave a voicemail either. Normally, I don’t bother returning calls from unfamiliar numbers because it’s often just some company hassling me about compensation claims for accidents, which I’ve never been involved in. I really wish they would just stop calling me. It’s so frustrating!
