How on earth do these idiots get hold of our numbers? I've got call blockers set up and yet they somehow keep ringing. My block list is massive. Even switched my number a few times and only a handful of folk have it, and I really doubt my family is giving it out... unless they've gone and done exactly that? Bloody frustrating!

They kept ringing me over and over. When I finally picked up, she totally denied chatting with her mate mid-call. Seems like a scam to me. No website at all and definitely not reliable. I've had loads of calls from different numbers and whenever I ask why there's no website or any official info, they just hang up. I reckon this should be reported to the cops now.

got loads of missed calls from this number, about 15 or so. finally picked up and the bloke said he was with Pembroke group, talking about some "small traffic accident" i supposedly had. then he asks if i’m in Jersey, says sorry and that he shouldn’t be ringing me cos i’m not in their area or summat. said he’ll take my number off their list. feels like some kinda scam but can’t quite figure out what exactly.

Loads of unwanted calls kept coming in till I eventually spoke to a bloke named Peter claiming he was from a firm called Pembroke. He insisted he needed to chat about a car accident report I supposedly made to them recently. Thing is, I haven’t had any crash lately at all. Also, I never reached out to Pembroke by any means - no calls, no emails, no letters, nada. Definitely no smoke signals or pigeon messages either! So this Peter guy’s call didn’t add up one bit.

Today I got a call saying there was a car crash I was involved in and some claim to sort out. Thing is, I’ve never had any accidents! The person on the phone kept pushing me for info but couldn’t provide any real details about the supposed crash. It got pretty irritating so I ended the call. They also said they’d keep ringing me until I dealt with this “claim.” I’m definitely going to block that number now.

Over the last few days, I've been getting calls from this number on my UK mobile - it rang once on the 27th of Nov, then I got two calls yesterday (30/11) and a couple today (1/12) as well. I went ahead and blocked it now so hopefully they stop bothering me. I'm always wary about answering calls from unknown numbers anyway. Being based in the Netherlands, these spam calls pretty much make up all the calls I get nowadays, which is super annoying.

These lot are one of them claims management firms that push people to lodge dodgy claims. They've called my number like 50 times in the past few weeks, always asking for the same person. I found this number linked to Vero Bookkeeping on Facebook, apparently run by an Amanda Coomber. They rang me and shockingly used my name, claiming I was involved in a car crash. After I told them firmly to take my number off their list and stop calling, I ended the call. I’d steer clear of this number.
