Pretty sure the bloke on the phone wasn’t real but some kind of fake robot voice trying to sound like a BT technician. He told me they’d switch off my internet in a day because someone had hacked my IP, which sounded dodgy. Then he asked me to tap some buttons on my phone to sort it out. Recording it probably wouldn’t have done much.
