I clarified that I didn’t reside at that address anymore, and she then requested my current address, despite me having lived here for over five years. I firmly stated that I wasn’t comfortable sharing my new details. The tone of the lady suddenly shifted, and she coldly informed me that we wouldn't be able to continue our conversation about my policy before abruptly hanging up. It became clear to me that this could very well be a scam.
