I just got a missed call from 01323 690738, but have no clue who it could be? Originally it was my other handset on O2 getting loads of calls, and now this number somehow knows my EE/BT phone number too, which I hardly share with anyone unless absolutely necessary. How on earth did they manage to get hold of it?

So, they mentioned something about a local lockdown and trying to cut down on engineers coming to the house unless absolutely necessary. They’re making sure everyone wears PPE when they do come over, which is fair enough. Also, they talked about doorstep delivery to keep things contact-free. Just to be clear, the UK isn’t in full lockdown or anything like that at the moment, but they’re definitely being cautious.

I didn't answer the call, but they left a message. It was really hard to make out what they were saying, so I couldn't tell who it was. Likely some kind of sales pitch. The message finished with something like 'for more info, call 44...' or something similar. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
